The role
We’re FB Global Services, a firm specialising in Employee Retention Credit tax relief for American businesses. Putting it simply, the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is exactly what it sounds like - business owners are being rewarded for their efforts to keep employees on the payroll during the pandemic. Our team has substantial experience and technical expertise in this field which, combined with our passion for our clients and entrepreneurial spirit, helps us deliver outstanding results.
As part of our Client Support team managing a portfolio, you’ll work closely with FB Global Services specialists to identify and substantiate cash generating tax credit - helping the U.S. economy not only recover from the pandemic, but to come back stronger than before. No matter what stage of your career you’re at, we offer an extensive training program allowing you to become experts within our organisation.

What does that look like on a day-to-day basis?
First of all, you’ll be taking calls, speaking to clients in the US interested in the tax incentive, whilst working collaboratively with the wider team. We’ll look to you to be the first point of contact, conducting virtual client calls, educating our clients on the ERC scheme and collating relevant information. You’ll be analysing client data (both financial and industry-specific) to understand more about their business and how we can best support them.

So what are we looking for?
Well we welcome all kinds of qualities and experiences -ideally, we’re looking for a great communicator with at least two years’ experience in a client service role. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, and a proactive and enthusiastic approach to ensure you consistently meet your KPIs. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel with strong time management and information analysis skills. As a confident communicator with an ability to think on your feet in order to translate and deliver information to a range of audiences. In return you can expect to join an entrepreneurial, ambitious business, with the opportunity to work with like-minded people. Our working environment is fast-paced, so, if you’re a motivated self-starter, a quick learner and highly organised when it comes to getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.

Due to working with clients in the U.S. our teams are available Monday to Friday between 9am-10pm. The Client Support team will be office based working shifts across these days to ensure client satisfaction. We'll share more about shift patterns during your application however you can expect to work in a collaborative team atmosphere at our office in central Bristol.
