It’s an exciting time to join us – we are in a period of significant growth and we are further developing our business development function to drive new business and help us achieve our ambitious plans. To help us do that we are looking for an experienced team leader to help shape, grow and lead our teams in both Bristol and London.

In this role, you’ll help develop and manage an existing team of talented individuals, as well as help recruit, train and develop new ForrestBrown-ers, ensuring they all achieve their professional and personal best. You’ll support our teams in reaching targets, helping to motivate and encourage a collegiate approach to achieve business goals. You will also work closely with all team members as a sales coach and mentor, helping them perform to the best of their abilities in their roles.

As a ForrestBrown ambassador, you’ll steer towards excellence, technical understanding and client care; leading change and delivering training opportunities to support our forward-thinking culture. You’ll empower your team to take ownership for closing deals and alongside your colleagues in our delivery teams, ensure we deliver our market leading service to all our clients. You’ll also play an important role in facilitating effective communication amongst the teams, and with our colleagues in the US, helping to embed a sales-led philosophy and create opportunities for everyone to succeed.

You must have excellent relationship building skills and at least four years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced commercial role. You’ll be proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative, with experience across the full sales lifecycle. You’ll also be familiar with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
